My concentration is influenced by the impact of the Monterey Pop Festival of 1967. I want to portray the movement the artist at the pop festival caused. They were pushing the boundaries and showing the youth of the world a new type of sound. Each piece expresses the feelings the songs give me and the feelings they gave the time of the late 1960's.
I think if your going to go for the expressionist style you have to really go all the way with it. Be more dramatic in your line making, be more geometric with your shapes. All of your projects have potential if you want them to be great.
